The Epiphany Integration Method | Tiffany Lindley, On Epiphany Lane
If you're a professional diagnosed with ADHD late in life and your anxiety treatment stopped working:
You Can Stop Running on Anxiety and Still Be the Person You Are.
Click through the slides below to learn about The Epiphany Integration Method.
Every professional diagnosed with ADHD late in life eventually discovers why their anxiety treatment stopped working.
Here's what I mean...
You have been told anxiety is the problem. It was the cover.
The anxiety was not the problem. It was the fix your brain came up with for a problem no one named.
Treating the anxiety is like treating the fever without treating the infection.
The fever goes down but the infection is still there.
That is why your anxiety treatment stopped working.
Not because therapy does not work. Because no one was looking at the right thing.
What is possible for you is this:
You can stop running on anxiety.
You can still be ambitious, high-performing, and successful.
Without the thing that is destroying you while it drives you.
32
I was diagnosed with ADHD at 32. And nothing had worked.
I had been on medication. I had tried every productivity system. Not because I was not trying. Because no one was looking at the right thing.
When I got the diagnosis, I did not feel relief. I felt grief.
I tried to find a therapist who specialized in late-diagnosed professionals. I could not find one. Because the category did not exist.
So I built it.
I used my clinical training, my developmental psychology background, and my own lived experience to create a process that does what I needed when I was diagnosed.
15Years as a therapist
TX & FLDually licensed counselor
LPC-SClinical supervisor
I am still ambitious. I am still high-performing. I still run a practice. But I am not running on anxiety anymore.
Not something I read about in a textbook.
It is something I lived and then built for other people who are living it too.
Who This Is For (And Who It's Not)
This is not for you if you...
Are looking for a quick fix.
Want someone to just listen without helping you build anything.
Are not ready to look at the identity question: who are you without the anxiety?
But if you...
Are a professional who was diagnosed with ADHD late in life.
Built your career by pushing harder than everyone around you, and now that pushing is not working anymore.
Have tried every productivity system and none of them stuck.
Got the diagnosis and felt grief and confusion instead of relief.
...then it is time someone finally looked at the right thing.
What Changes
This is what happens when someone finally looks at the right thing.
A lawyer I worked with
Four therapists for anxiety. None of them caught the ADHD.
When we started treating the ADHD instead of the anxiety, the anxiety started to calm down on its own. She did not learn coping skills for anxiety. She stopped needing them.
A nurse I worked with
She was terrified of losing her edge. She lost the destruction instead.
She is still the hardest worker in her unit. She just does not hate herself for it anymore.
Those stories are not proof that it will work for you.*
They are proof of what happens when someone finally looks at the right thing.
This is not "come to therapy and we will figure it out."
The Epiphany Integration Method is a seven-step clinical process built specifically for professionals diagnosed with ADHD late in life. Each step produces a specific outcome.
The Shift
You stop treating the anxiety and start treating the ADHD.
You stop building systems for a brain that is not yours.
You stop avoiding the identity question because you are scared of the answer.
The Process
Step 1: Diagnostic Clarity
A 90-minute to 2-hour full assessment where I look at your whole life timeline, not just your symptoms.
You leave knowing what was missed, why it was missed, and what the real picture is.
The Process
Anxiety Decompression
We map your specific anxiety patterns and start to reduce your reliance on the anxiety engine without destabilizing your life.
This is not one more thing. It is the thing that makes everything else easier.
The Process
Neurodivergent Systems Build
I test your specific executive functions and build personalized systems for each one. Systems made for your brain, tested in session, refined between sessions.
Normal productivity systems assume steady internal structure. That is why each one worked for about two weeks.
Your brain is not broken. The systems were wrong.
The Process
Identity Reconstruction
We process the grief of the late diagnosis. We explore who you are without the anxiety. We rebuild your identity around your ADHD brain, your real strengths, and your real ambitions.
Who am I without the anxiety? The question is not the threat. It is the door.
Throughout the Engagement
Medication provider coordination.
Sleep and food system guidance.
Between-session support through secure messaging.
The person you are without the anxiety is not a lesser version of you. It is you without the destruction.
Still ambitious. Still capable. Still driven. Just not running on fumes.
How We Start
The consultation is free. The commitment is staged.
You are not committing to the full engagement before you have experienced the approach. You are never in for more than you are ready to be in for.
Out-of-network billing is available if you have a qualifying insurance plan.
This is the first time you would pay someone to treat the right thing.
Why I Keep It Small
I maintain a small caseload so I can give each client the depth of attention the work requires.
Once those spots are filled, the next opening is when a current client finishes their engagement.
That's why the consultation exists.
It is a 30-minute call. We check fit. You ask questions. There is no pressure. If it is not right for you, you will know.
